Full Container Booking of Dangerous Goods

RBGL ensures safe and compliant booking procedures for Dangerous Goods shipments. Below is the step-by-step process required for full container bookings:

Step 1 — Advance Submission of Documents

All required documents must be submitted at least 3 to 4 working days before shipment dispatched:

• Booking Note for Dangerous Goods
• Packaging Certification (Certification for Transport of Dangerous Goods verifying single-use packaging)
• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

Important Notes:

• Booking Note must include description in English, container type, DG Class No., UN Code, packaging details, and special requirements.
• If transshipment is required, confirm restrictions with the carrier at the transshipment port.
• Provide accurate consignment data: package count, net weight, gross weight, and volume.

Step 2 — Declaration Submission

Alongside the booking, submit complete declaration information:

• Packaging Certification (each product description must match one-to-one)
• MSDS for Dangerous Goods
• Electronic Customs Declaration Documents & Power of Attorney (paperless clearance nationwide):
• Contract
• Invoice
• Packing List
• Customs Power of Attorney
• Export Declaration

Step 3 — Loading & Shipping

Once documentation and declarations are verified, cargo is cleared for loading and onward shipment under RBGL’s compliance standards.
